Predestination Selects Xata Fleet Management Solution

Predestination Transportation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wood Fruitticher Food Service has selected Xata, a provider of fleet optimization software and services, for its Xatanet fleet management solution.

According to Xata, the Wood Fruitticher will use Xatanet to monitor vehicle location and driver behavior and to streamline its regulatory compliance procedures.

In addition, the foodservice distributors selected Xata for its software platform and the ability to integrate Xatanet with other fleet applications, but also for the customer service and professional implementation processes Xata provides.

The company said that with Xatanet in place, Wood Fruitticher expects to achieve ROI within six months, and will reduce fleet-related operating expenses by 12%.

Birmingham, Alabama-based Wood Fruitticher Food Service will enable its 100-truck fleet with Xatanet for increased fleet visibility, safety and efficiency.
